Unpaid wages and entitlements, reconciled.

Terms of use

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These terms apply to the use of Wage Remediation.

What this service is. A tool for recording employment history, reconciling pay against entitlements, and keeping correspondence about a matter in one place. It performs arithmetic on the information given to it.

What this service is not. It is not a law firm, an industrial advocate or a substitute for advice. Nothing it produces is legal advice, and no relationship of lawyer and client arises from using it.

Accuracy. Output depends entirely on what is entered. Where records are incomplete, a reconciliation is an estimate and is presented as one. Whether to rely on any figure, and what to do about it, is the account holder's decision.

Correspondence. Matter addresses are for correspondence about the account holder's own employment. Using them for anything else ends the account.

Availability. The service may be changed or withdrawn. An account holder can export their records at any time.
