This page describes how information entered into Wage Remediation is handled.

What is collected. The account holder's email address, and whatever employment information the account holder chooses to enter: employers, employment periods, pay records, entitlement calculations and correspondence.

How it is used. To produce the reconciliation the account holder asked for, and to deliver mail addressed to that account holder's matter addresses. It is not sold, and it is not shared with employers, insurers, regulators or any other third party.

Correspondence. Mail sent to a matter address is stored in the mailbox for that matter and is available only to the account holder. Closing a matter removes the address and the mail held under it.

Retention. Records are kept while the account is open. Deleting an employment deletes the records held under it. Deleting the account deletes everything held under it.

Access. An account holder can export or delete their own records at any time.
